How much will I be insured for?
Our goods in transit insurance covers you for up to £25,000.
Do you do house clearances and commercial dumping?
Yes! We are able to clear out old sofas, appliances, and interiors and dispose of them responsibly at a local registered household reuse and recycling centre.Â
Do you really work 24/7?
If you require a move to be done after midnight, we are able to do it!
Do you work on Sundays? Do you work on bank holidays?
We work everyday of the year! And that includes all bank holidays.
Does your pricing change on weekends and/or bank holidays?
Our pricing is based on peak and off-peak hours, whether it is on a weekday, weekend or bank holiday, and the size of your move team. For our best quote, please do not hesitate to send us an email or give us a call.
How can I find out about your pricing?
As each job is different, our best advice is to speak to one of our team for your move to be able to give you the best price. We are able to provide a fixed price and hourly rates, to give you the flexibility to decide what suits you best.Â
Will I have to pay a deposit?
We usually take a non-refundable deposit once you have confirmed your move with one of our team. The deposit amount and requirement will be handled on a case-by-case basis to suit your specific booking.
Can you deliver boxes before my move?
Yes, we are able to sell boxes in three different sizes and get them delivered before your big move. If you need these in large quantities, please contact one of our team.
How does your packing, dismantling and reassembling service work?
Ahead of your move, our team are able to come to your premises and take care of your packing and boxing needs. This will also allow the team to understand the job and be more efficient on the day of your move. We are also able to prepare your larger items for your big move by dismantling them, readying them for transport and then reassembling them in your new premises on the day of your move. Do you offer a storage space for our goods and are the goods insured?
Yes we able to offer a secure storage facility for your goods. All goods will be fully insured and can be stored up to a period of 6 months at very competitive prices. The goods can be collected from your premises, inventory taken and then allocated a safe space within our storage facility. When you need your goods, a collection of delivery service can be offered. This facility will be available to all clients within London and the Home Counties.Â
